Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are not subject to return or exchange according to our Refund Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. Sneaks ’N Geeks Collectibles LLC currently accepts payments by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Facebook Pay, Venmo and Shop Pay.
All customers must place their orders with matching billing and shipping addresses. For PayPal, orders will only be shipped to a confirmed address. The shipping address, billing address, or payment information cannot be altered once an order is confirmed.
We reserve the right to cancel any orders or ban any user that we suspect might have aided by browser automation, or a reservation service. Please note, if you use a web proxy or “bot” to purchase, your order is automatically flagged as high risk and may result in your order being canceled. In this case, the shoes purchased will no longer be reserved for you and will be restocked.
SECTION 13 - ORDER ACCEPTANCE
All orders placed by you are subject to acceptance and approval by Sneaks ’N Geeks Collectibles LLC and all items are subject to availability.
Acknowledgement of your order means that Sneaks ’N Geeks Collectibles LLC has received your order request; it does not mean that your order has been accepted or shipped, or that the price or availability of an item has been confirmed. Sneaks ’N Geeks Collectibles LLC may in its discretion require additional confirmation or information before approving any order.
Sneaks ’N Geeks Collectibles LLC reserves the right, without prior notice and in its sole discretion, to deny or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled and refunded include, but are not limited to: invalid, incomplete, improper, or missing shipping, billing, or payment information; limitations on quantities available for purchase; inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information; use of any robot ("bot"), spider or other automatic device, software, process or application to place, or take preparatory steps to place, one or more orders; violation of these Terms and Conditions; or actual or suspected fraud or abuse.
SECTION 14 - REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Due to the limited nature and collectability of the items we sell, ALL SALES ARE FINAL and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit. By purchasing from our webstore, you are agreeing to these terms.

SECTION 15 - TAXES
All New York Orders are subject to New York 8.75% sales tax on purchases. When a taxable product or service is sold, any charges for shipping or delivery that the seller includes on the bill become part of the receipt subject to sales tax. Additional sales taxes/customs fees may apply based on your shipping/delivery destination.
SECTION 16 - PURCHASE LIMITATION
In an effort to allow fairness for all customers, limited and/or special releases products will be restricted to (1) unit per customer when specifically stated. Please note that multiple orders submitted under the same and/or address will be canceled. Abusive behavior will not be tolerated. Should this continue to occur, your account may be subject to review, and may be blacklisted, by our Fraud Analysis team. Please feel free to reach out to our team if you feel as though your order was cancelled in error.
SECTION 17 - DELIVERY AND RISK OF LOSS
Any dates specified by the Company for delivery of the Goods are intended to be an estimate only. If no date is specified for delivery of the Goods, delivery shall be within a reasonable time. Subject to the other provisions of these Terms, the Company shall not be liable for any loss, whether direct or consequential, economic or loss of profits or otherwise, arising directly or indirectly out of any delay in the delivery of the Goods nor will any delay entitle the Buyer to terminate or rescind the Contract.
All purchases through the Services are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon Sneaks 'N Geeks Collectibles LLC's delivery of such items to the shipping carrier. Except as expressly set forth in these Terms and Conditions, you are responsible for filing any claims with the applicable carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.
SECTION 18 - INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
If Goods are being ordered from outside of Sneaks ’N Geeks Collectibles LLC’s country of residence (United States of America), import duties and taxes may be incurred once your Goods reach their destination country. Sneaks ’N Geeks Collectibles LLC is not responsible for these charges and we undertake to make no calculations or estimates in this regard. If you are buying internationally, you are advised to contact your local customs authorities for further information on costs and procedures. As the purchaser of the Goods, you will also be the importer of record and as such should ensure that your purchase is in full compliance with the laws of the country into which the Goods are being imported. Please be aware that Goods may be inspected on arrival at port for customs purposes and Sneaks ’N Geeks Collectibles LLC cannot guarantee that the packaging of your Goods will be free of signs of tampering. If you refuse your package(s) based on tariffs or for any reason at all, we are under no obligation to issue a refund.

If Sneaks ’N Geeks Collectibles LLC terminates your account, any current or pending purchases on your account will be cancelled and will not be dispatched. Sneaks ’N Geeks Collectibles LLC reserves the right to cancel purchases without stating reasons, for any reason prior to processing payment and dispatch.
If your order is cancelled, please allow 2-10 business days for the return transaction to be completed to the original payment method used. A refund cannot be issued to a different payment method than the one used to complete the original transaction.
If you terminate your account, any non-dispatched purchases will be cancelled and you will be refunded to the original payment method in relation to those purchases.
